Very Cute upper unit with large patio, gate to close in patio area, has kind of an open view. Laminate flooring throughout the entire condo no carpet, light and bright. Kitchen has white cabinets, Refrigerator to be installed not warranted if we don't have warranty in place, washer and dryer left for tenants use. Carport is near unit. Corner unit so lots of windows close to pool area just across the parking lot.
